Trend Garden project is located in the city of Kocaeli in the northwest of Turkey.

The city of Kocaeli is located in the northwest of Turkey, on the coast of the Sea of Marmara, overlooking the Black Sea, and has a population of approximately two million people. It is approximately 40 km away from Istanbul, and is close to Sabiha International Airport in Istanbul. It is bordered to the south by the state of Bursa.
