Maritza vadi konakları project is located in the Beykoz district in the Asian side of Istanbul.

The Beykoz region is located in the Asian section of Istanbul, bordered to the west by the Istanbul Boğazı Strait, to the east by the Şile region, to the north by the Black Sea Karadeniz, and to the south it is bordered by the following regions: Çekmeköy, Üsküdar and Umraniye Umraniye.

The Beykoz region is based on a very long historical past dating back to the pre-Christian period, when it was settled by many invaders from all over the Black Sea and beyond, including Thracians, Pythians, Greeks, Romans and Byzantines until the Turks settled in it, where there are many Historic and tati artifacts remain to this day.
