The As Concept project is located in the Bağcılar district of the European side of Istanbul.

Bağcılar is strategically located on the E80 highway, which is one of Istanbul’s main roads.

What increases the importance of the area and distinguishes it from others is that it is the main corridor to the road connecting to El Basin Express Street, the most sought-after and active investment area in European Istanbul, especially in recent times.
