How to obtain Turkish citizenship through real estate investment
In recent years, the percentage of visitors to Turkey has increased, especially from investors and businessmen, especially after the President of the Republic of Turkey invited them in his speech in the state of Adana, where he said:
{Anyone who trusts and invests in Turkey will not regret it, but on the contrary will be happy with the big profits that will reap.}
The percentage of people wishing to invest in Turkey and Istanbul has increased, especially since the Turkish law issued in 2018, which stipulates that foreigners (that is, they are not Turkish citizens) can obtain Turkish citizenship through real estate investment.
People wishing to obtain Turkish citizenship through real estate investment in Turkish cities can also naturalize their wives and children under the age of 18.
Turkish citizenship granted through real estate investment within conditions that have set by the Turkish government, which states:
The property price should not be less than $250,000
The purchased property must not sale before three years from the date of purchase
A real estate appraisal must obtain from a company approved by the Turkish government
The property must officially registered in the municipality’s title deed
And that the value of the property is paid through a bank transfer to a Turkish bank
The nationality of the purchaser should be one of the nationalities covered by the naturalization decision, as the Turkish naturalization decision includes all foreign nationalities except for a few nationalities, which are: Syria, Armenia, Cuba, and North Korea.
Necessary documents while obtaining Turkish citizenship through real estate investment
Below are the documents require while applying for Turkish citizenship through real estate investment :
1- Translated passport with the notarization for the father, mother and children under the age of 18
2- A translated marriage document with the notarization
3- Also the birth certificate of the husband and wife and children under the age of 18.
4- Power of attorney for the lawyer to complete the necessary procedures.
