GEZGEN REZIDANS PROJECT<\/h1>\n

GEZGEN REZIDANS project is located in the Esenyurt area in the European side of Istanbul.<\/p>\n

Today, the Esenyurt area is considered the largest area in terms of population density and one of the most vital areas that attract people wishing to invest, whether for investment or residence.<\/p>\n

Esenyurt is located in the European part of Istanbul, which is bordered by Avcilar and K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece Lake to the east, TEM Highway and Basaksehir and Arnavutkoy districts to the north, Beylikduzu district and the E5 road to the south, in addition to Buyukcekmece in the west.<\/p>\n

What increases the importance of the area and the desire of people to resort to it is its vital location, from which the two main arteries of the city\u2019s roads cross and through which it is possible to move between the city and other areas, namely:<\/p>\n

The TEM express line, or also known as the E80, which connects the city with Europe, and the E5 line, which connects the European and Asian parts of Istanbul to each other.<\/p>\n
