Port Avcilar project<\/h1>\n

Port Avcilar project is located in the Avcilar district in the European side of Istanbul.<\/p>\n

The region is characterized by its strategic location overlooking the coast of the Sea of Marmara and K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece Lake, which gives its properties charming views.<\/p>\n

In addition to crossing the E5 highway, one of the most important transportation lines in the region, which connects the European and Asian parts of the city to each other.<\/p>\n

And the presence of Istanbul Cerrah Pasha State University, which is of great importance, and it also includes faculties of veterinary medicine, engineering, sports sciences and technical sciences.<\/p>\n

Except that the new Istanbul Water Canal project from Kucukcekmece Lake adjacent to it from the east, which is being constructed, will increase its importance and the value of its properties adjacent to the future canal.<\/p>\n
