Zerafet Konaklar\u0131 project<\/h1>\n

Zerafet Konaklar\u0131 project is located in the Ba\u015fak\u015fehir district in the European section of Istanbul.<\/p>\n

Ba\u015fak\u015fehir is one of the most vibrant areas in the city, which has become a magnet for foreign and local investors as well.<\/p>\n

This is because of its developed infrastructure and rich in natural facilities and social services, as it includes one of the largest natural valleys.<\/p>\n

It also includes the \u015eamlar Natural Park, which includes wide green spaces and many picnic areas.<\/p>\n

And the medical city, in addition to that it includes a huge sports stadium, which is the largest sports stadium in Turkey. And the botanical garden, which is the largest in Europe.<\/p>\n
