\u00dcsk\u00fcdar district is centered in the Asian part of Istanbul, while it is bordered by the Beykoz region to the north,<\/p>\n

\u00dcmraniye to the northeast, Ata\u015fehir to the east, and Kad\u0131k\u00f6y to the south.
\nTo the west, the Bosphorus is centered, Istanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131.
\n\u00dcsk\u00fcdar is one of the oldest areas of Istanbul and the oldest areas of the Asian section of the city,<\/p>\n

The District’s Details<\/h2>\n

The \u00dcsk\u00fcdar region was of great commercial importance, as it used as a means of transportation between the two banks of the Bosphorus and for accommodation, and it was a military base until it became in the hands of the Turks in 1352.
\n\u00dcsk\u00fcdar enjoys an exceptional strategic location at the beginning of the Asian section of the city
