KARAT 34 PROJECT<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

KARAT-34 project is located in the Basin Express area in the European section of Istanbul, and it is the transportation hub that connects the two most important transportation arteries of Istanbul, the two fastest international lines, the TIM line and the E5 line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It also belongs to the Basin Express area of Ba\u011fc\u0131lar Municipality, which is bordered to the south by the Sea of Marmara and Ataturk Airport, to the north by the Ba\u015fak\u015fehir district and the new Istanbul airport, to the west by Avc\u0131lar and Beylikd\u00fcz\u00fc, and Bayrampa\u015fa by the east of the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the most important features of the KARAT-34 project and its area is the vital location, as the real estate market has become a destination for many businessmen and investors, as they found in it what they were looking for in terms of luxury apartments, safe residential complexes, and operating companies. In addition, it is close to the main transportation lines and all social services that meet the needs of residents, as it is far from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– 3 minutes from the mall or Istanbul

Also, the KARAT-34 project was established by the state-owned companies TOK\u0130 and EMLAK KONUT in cooperation with the private companies BA\u015e YAPI and DO\u011eA on a land area of 36000 square meters. The KARAT-34 project consists of 6 blocks, 3 blocks, including commercial buildings, comprising 123 offices and 28 shops. It also includes 440 apartments of different styles 1+0, 1+1, 1+2, 1+3, 1+4, and duplex apartments are also available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each building has a separate main entrance and a lobby with its own stairs and elevators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
