Maritza vadi konaklar\u0131 project<\/h1>\n

Maritza vadi konaklar\u0131 project is located in the Beykoz district in the Asian side of Istanbul.<\/p>\n

The Beykoz region is located in the Asian section of Istanbul, bordered to the west by the Istanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131 Strait, to the east by the \u015eile region, to the north by the Black Sea Karadeniz, and to the south it is bordered by the following regions: \u00c7ekmek\u00f6y, \u00dcsk\u00fcdar and Umraniye Umraniye.<\/p>\n

The Beykoz region is based on a very long historical past dating back to the pre-Christian period, when it was settled by many invaders from all over the Black Sea and beyond, including Thracians, Pythians, Greeks, Romans and Byzantines until the Turks settled in it, where there are many Historic and tati artifacts remain to this day.<\/p>\n

The region also occupies an important place in the history of the Ottoman Empire as it became one of the favorite places of the Ottoman ruling class because of its fertile lands suitable for hunting.<\/p>\n

The region is characterized by its abundant rich green forests, which are still present and preserving their nature, in which there are many pine, walnut, chestnut and linden trees.<\/p>\n

The project was built on a land area of 30,000 square meters, and the project consists of 11 buildings. The project contains 146 apartments of different styles and sizes, starting from 2 + 1 to 8 + 2.<\/p>\n
