Nivak Florya Project<\/h1>\n

Nivak Florya Project is located in the Florya district of Bakirkoy district in the European side of Istanbul.<\/p>\n

Bak\u0131rk\u00f6y is strategically located between the E5 highway and the coast of the Marmara Sea.
\nThe area is considered one of the most important areas in the city because it contains huge commercial centers such as the Carousel Center, in addition to the Akvrayum Aquarium, which is the largest center for aquatic animals in the Middle East, and one of the largest in Europe.<\/p>\n

What distinguishes the region most and increases its importance and investment value is its public transportation<\/a> network, as it is considered one of the areas rich in public transportation, which are as follows:<\/p>\n
