\u00a0Turkish Citizenship New Law<\/h1>\n

We have previously talked about Turkish citizenship and how to obtain it for foreign people in<\/p>\n

Hayat Real Estate<\/a> Consultancy through several articles.
\nIn this article, we will discuss the new Turkish citizenship law or the amendments and changes made to<\/p>\n

the conditions it contains.
\nSince reducing the value of real estate investment to obtain Turkish citizenship to<\/p>\n

minimum of 250 thousand dollars in 2018,
\nThe percentage of people wishing to obtain it has increased, especially in recent times.
\nWhere high numbers of sales recorded, most of them in Istanbul.<\/p>\n

In the cabinet meeting that was held on May 13 of this year in the capital, Ankara, and in the presence of the President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan a new decision was taken regarding the Turkish citizenship law,<\/p>\n

which stipulates raising the value of real estate investment,<\/p>\n

through which it is possible to obtain Exceptional Turkish citizenship to a minimum of 400,000 dollars<\/p>\n

or its equivalent in foreign currency.
\nIt also stipulated that the property should not be sold before three years from the date of purchase.
\nIn addition, the value of the property to be purchase, which is not less than 400 thousand dollars<\/p>\n

or the equivalent in foreign currencies, is deposited in a Turkish bank.
\nThe implementation of the decision will start after it announced in the official newspapers.
\nWhile it considers a unique opportunity for people who wishing to invest in real estate worth 250 thousand dollars,<\/p>\n

and obtain Turkish citizenship because the decision is not implemented yet.<\/p>\n
